- Experience and knowledge with Italian food a huge plus.
- Must be organized.
- Must think quick on your feet.
- Spanish speaking a plus.
Probably the best job in the restaurant! 4.5-5.5hr shifts, out early before close and make $15 an hour plus plenty of tips each night, between $125-170 per night, depending on the business volume.
