- Experience and knowledge of Italian food are a huge plus.
- Must be organized.
- Must think quickly on your feet.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
Probably the best job in the restaurant! 4.5-5.5hr shifts, out early before close and make $18 an hour plus plenty of tips each night, between $125-170 per night, depending on the business volume.
