The Italian Daughter is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and assist in providing the highest quality of service to our valued clientele.

- Administrative work, ie. invoice processing, assisting with scheduling, private events, and assisting the manager with all aspects of the daily operations.
- Assisting in maintaining our high standards of customer service.
- Opening the restaurant + fulfilling the opening manager duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service.
- 3 Closing shifts.
- Assist in inventory + ordering.
- Lead manager on the GM two nights off.
- Organize and run the Open Table system.
- Work service on the floor ensuring excellent customer service to diners.
- This job requires strong people skills and the ability to problem solve.
- You must have strong leadership skills and MUST have 3 years of restaurant experience.
